2. Played futsal today where I brilliantly missed the penalty kick. Twice. Damn those sods. Fix it you peeps! How am I supposed to score?*
   
   
3. When I encourage people to use Linux, and they're having problems with it, either due to my own fault or their unfamiliarity with Linux, I kinda take it personally.

Ooops. They did it again. Not only Trillian was affected, but Gaim as well. And users of the old version of the Yahoo! Messenger. For Windows user, this is no big deal since the can use Y! Messenger which has all the hoodickeys that makes teenage giggles more than Harry Potter does. For us Linux users, we have to use the Linux version, which, in my humble opinion, an application that was created based on the design of the zaman purbakala. No. Instead, let's migrate to Jabber. And dump Yahoo! Messenger.

This could just be an isolated incident, but last night I got my first Gmail invites, so I sent one to my girlfriend's Hotmail account and it bounced. So not only may Hotmail be blocking the Gmail invitations (which, honestly, I doubt, but it's just shady enough to question it), but I wasted an invitation that I won't get back. Anyone else had this problem?

With the constant flow of hot air coming into my home-office setup, it is practically impossible for me to do work at all during the daytime on the weekends. It is windy, but not the cooling air that you would expect. It is hot air. Stuff that can make you sick. Or drive you crazy. The only (well, aside of spending 10 bucks in Starbucks or Coffee Bean) practical thing to do is wait until nightime to work (minus the 5 hours from midnight till 5 a.m to watch Euro 2004 football matches).



Welcome to Damansara Perdana. The place of never-ending construction. Condos and apartments are mushrooming around this area. And lands are flattened. And trees are cut, chopped, trimmed to make way for new developments.



Do you know that MKLand spends RM 15 million do build flyover connecting Penchala Link to Damansara Perdana? This place is all chic and high-class, but in two years time, it will be as concentrated as a sardin can. Now is is getting hotter - all due to the construction and numerous developments around the area. Bad for living, but good for investment.
