When the time comes, another tattoo will be on my body, this time, a traditional Iban motive, and this time, done in the traditional way, using traditional Iban tattooing tools. It's been more than a year since I got my first tattoo, and my skin is dying for the needle. But the time will come, and the right tattoo will come. Before that day, I just need to wait.

While it is still too early to tell, or even promise, heck, or even talk about it - if and if everything goes well (but don't quote me on this OR point to this blog about me blogging about this you fsckers), attendees to HITBSecConf2005 will get a sneak preview to see the presentation of the underlying new techologies of the new version of browser that killed Netscape and shattered Jim Clark's Sillycone dreams - Internet Explorer 7. Much has been talked about IE7 (tabbed browsing yada yada yada, RSS support yada yada yada), but it'll be the ultimate fear if we are able to get and distribute beta, or even pre-release copy of it at the con. Who knows, maybe somebody come out with exploits for it during the con itself!

So, if you don't want to miss out on being the first amongst a few person to preview IE7, then come to HITBSecConf2005. Heck, even people in Microsoft Malaysia haven't seen the screenshot yet!

Anyways, speaking about IE7 will be Tony Chor, Group Program Manager for Microsoft Internet Explorer. It will be interesting to see what he's gonna say about IE's security.

Just in case you don't know, Dave Aitel is coming to the 5th HITBSecConf series of international security conference HITBSecConf2005. This year's conference will mark the 4th time that HITBSecConf has been held in Malaysia, with one held in Manama City in the Kingdom of Bahrain earlier this year.

The HITBSecConf series of international security conference has been gaining ground as the computer and network security event in Malaysia. We have been graced with some of the most l33t motherfruiter on earth - just take a look at our previous conference pages and you know what we are talking about.

Anyways - back to Dave Aitel:

Dave Aitel is the CEO of Immunity, Inc, and is still responsible for research and development for their flagship CANVAS product. In addition, he created and distributes under the Gnu Public license the fuzzing tool, SPIKE, the web application analysis tool SPIKE Proxy, and the remote access tool Hydrogen.

His original stint was as a computer scientist at the National Security Agency, after which he spent a few years at @stake, a private security consulting firm, and finally started Immunity, Inc. ImmunityÃ

Waking up to an empty apartment, blasting to Kaiser Chief's I Predict a Riot, getting annoyed by the sound of electric saw cutting concrete from a construction nearby, and having a damn good morning shit - memang bess sekali!. The only thing missing is the coffee, but tak apa, it's a good Sunday today.
