Oh, yeah

Gentoo vs. Debian. I think what best describes my experience is this post: with Gentoo you have to learn about things, because you control things. So, now, I don't have to learn about things only when they broke. Also, has anyone noticed that the arrows key don't work in texareas in the preview version of Firefox? Or it it just me?

Well..soon as I can get my home directory migrated, I think I'll hang around gentoo as opposed to current FC2. Gnome, compiled is snappy on my 1.4Ghz.

If only I can compile OOo itself. Hangs after 1+ hours.
