Some might disagree but it is not a bad idea. However, the parents should make sure they are watching the right stuff. Not some Japanese cartoon, hindi movie or MTV.
its about time, they do something about it, perhaps upgrading some shows on BTP on channel 13 could help...

I believe the subtitile translation to Bahasa making an important role too, are our translator doing a good job?
