why not use filters and filter to folders based on projects, etc. instead of doing it manually?
i rather see the contents of the emails - some of the emails contain replies/acknowledgement (even though it is part of a project) which has no value whatsoever, so i place these in Archive

Last time I shot back a reply to one of those darned to-do items, I got an outlook invitation on "I've booked the room &-#. We should discuss on how we should prepare to discuss this with Mr *%&*@ in the States, so later we can have another follow up discussion and then we'll have more info when we get to sit down and discuss on how to prepare to do our job". Do you have filters for this kind of cr4p? |
